Spirit Vinegar

Spirit Vinegar is produced by a second natural fermentation process of ethanol in the presence of the micro-organism acetobacter, for use as a food preservative and flavour enhancer. The major end uses are: bottled spirit vinegar, pickles and condiments like salad dressings and tomato sauce.
